According to statistics from the China Elevator Association, the market potential for elevator installation in existing multi-story residential buildings is significant. Incomplete statistics show that among the country’s 1,220,000 million square meters of construction area, residential space accounts for approximately 740,000 million square meters, of which about 400,000 million square meters are old residential buildings of seven stories or below. This is a new solution that integrates the steel-structured hoistway, exterior finishing, and the elevator itself into a comprehensive package for old building elevator additions. It truly provides customers with a one-stop addition service, eliminating the hassle of sourcing suppliers separately and avoiding the information asymmetry that can compromise the elevator installation quality. The Rapid-Install Steel-Structured Elevator is designed with optimized solutions for various installation scenarios. Based on the entry method, we offer three solutions: level entry, half-level entry, and level corridor addition entry. Customized design and production are also available according to customer requirements. 2.Space-saving without encroaching on public resources
Utilizing integrated production and one-step forming processes, the steel-structured hoistway and elevator equipment are seamlessly combined, achieving a minimum footprint of just 3.5 m². The design does not occupy roadways, block fire access routes, encroach upon public resources, or disrupt residents’ daily life. The WR horizontal drive machine, featuring a small traction sheave and a base-free design, further maximizes headroom space savings.
3.Sturdy and reliable, ensuring passenger safety
The elevator hoistway is constructed with durable steel structures that have undergone electrophoretic coating treatment. Securely connected to the main building structure, it can be firmly and reliably attached to various types of buildings, including brick-and-concrete and cement structures. The advanced variable-frequency door operator system, equipped with infrared sensing technology, ensures sensitive opening and closing, guaranteeing passenger safety.
4.90-minute main structure installation, 3-day commissioning
The elevator undergoes modular pre-assembly and segmented processing before leaving the factory. Depending on the transportation distance, either integrated or split transport solutions are adopted. Under normal circumstances, on-site installation only requires hoisting and connecting the modular segments, with the steel structure and elevator main body installation completed in just 90 minutes, followed by 3 days of commissioning for normal operation. This significantly minimizes installation time and avoids disruption to the daily life of community residents.

The intelligent manufacturing base is equipped with an automatic steel structure welding production line, an automatic elevator assembly line, an automatic exterior finishing production line, an automatic landing door production line, a steel structure testing platform, and other advanced processing equipment. With an annual production capacity of up to 3,000 units and a peak daily output of over 20 units, we are accelerating the pace of elevator addition for old buildings nationwide.

3.Automatic steel structure welding production line

5.Complete steel structure anti-corrosion production line
We have fully launched an automated full-process production line covering the entire treatment sequence – from integral shot blasting and rust removal, degreasing, silane treatment, passivation pre-treatment, to high-temperature powder coating – enabling precise control over every detail. The steel structure frames undergo integral shot blasting for rust removal, achieving a rust removal grade of Sa2.5. We have also introduced the BASF integrated degreasing-silane pre-treatment process, ensuring thorough cleaning and guaranteeing paint adhesion throughout the full lifecycle of the coating.
6.Heavy-duty integrated painting production line
Our industry-leading heavy-duty integrated painting process uses imported high-durability powder coatings from PPG (USA) , which remain free from chalking and peeling for 25 years. The automated spraying system ensures consistent film thickness on every surface detail, delivering true all-round, high-durability protection with no blind spots.
